Once again, first pick a floor plan that has most of your needs and we will revise to your liking. Plans are copyrighted and are for one dwelling only. Any builder or individual who purchases the plan at the listed price can purchase the same plan at a reduced rate which includes minor changes. See “USING THE SAME PLAN” under the prices tab above.
